Working for Wilmot OrchardsAt Wilmot Orchards, we work hard, have fun, and we take pride in our blueberries and creating an enjoyable atmosphere in everything we do so that our customers and staff have a wonderful experience. The students we hire love to interact with others, are motivated, have the ability to multi-task and work well with others.
Working with us is intense seasonal work, with the joys of meeting people while providing you with the opportunity of enhancing your knowledge and skills in Agri-Tourism. A typical blueberry season is approximately 6 weeks beginning at the end of July and continuing to Labour Day Monday. When students are hired, it is required that they be available to work the entire season. Weekend work is also required.

Our cafe is a very fast-paced environment and staff will spend much of their shifts on their feet. Previous serving experience is not required, just a positive attitude.
